Tuesday 20th October saw the end of the course in which 5 local self-employed people have learned to process bills electronically through the programme Factura-e, an indispensable requirement to be able to bill public authorities, such as town halls. The course, subsidised by the Diputación de Alicante, was 18 hours across 12 sessions given by Tere Fullana.
