Some residents of Beniarbeig are promoting the creation of a local community action association, the aim of which is to carry out social, cultural and environmental activities, for example collecting food for families who need it or cleaning natural spaces, such as the river.

Apart from carrying out social tasks, the association also aims to be a place where residents of all ages and nationalities can meet and integrate. Among those promoting the association are young people and older people, both Spanish and non-Spanish. Anyone interested in finding out more is invited to an informative meeting to take place on Saturday12th June at 10.30am in the  Centro Cultural.
